We may also collect Personal Information made publicly available on Internet job boards, social media and networking sites, and other publicly accessible locations.

Personal Information we may collect includes: name, email address, phone number(s), address, birth date, government-issued identification numbers, information on your driver’s license or other government-issued identity document, employment history, job title, educational history, skills, professional and personal references, information contained in your resume, information contained in your employment application, information provided by your references, background check results, information supplied to verify authorization to work in the United States, information necessary to administer benefits, any login ID and password created by you, and demographic or personal characteristics where appropriate or necessary for a lawful purpose.

We may share your Personal Information with our placement and staffing services customers and prospective customers, as well as our employees and third parties to perform business functions. This includes background check providers, insurers, benefits providers, consultants, advisors and other third party service providers. We may also share your information with affiliated entities for the purposes of providing, marketing, or improving our services; to comply with legal requirements, such as a law, regulation, search warrant, subpoena or court order; and in connection with a business transaction, such as a reorganization, merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, or similar event. In some cases, we may share Personal Information with law enforcement or others to protect the rights, property, or safety of Lucas Group, its employees, its customers, or others.
